Some responsibilities:

• Check-in administration of arriving passengers
• Check-in of arriving freight/truck vehicles/drivers
• Administer access for drop-off/pick-up of loose trailers
• Administer transshipments
• Booking management
• Communication with vessels/stevedoring/customers
• Agent support to vessels
• General communication via phone/email

What we can offer you

We are now looking for two or three new seasonal employees for our Check-in operations at Norvik's port. Together with our regular team, you will have a fun and varied job where no two days are alike.

Your must-haves:

• At least a high school diploma
• At least 20 years old
• At least one year of combined work experience in service, logistics, or transport
• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

• Additional language skills
• It is an advantage if you have a car, as the port is located 4.5 km from Nynäshamn center

Interested?

The positions are approximately 50% from mid-June to the end of August, located at Norvik's port. Training starts from April. The work involves shift work and is distributed over all days of the week. You are welcome to apply as soon as possible, but no later than March 15, 2026.
